The Northern Lights

Ingredients

½ oz. Polar Ice Vodka

½ oz. McGuinness Melon Liqueur

¼ oz. Simple Syrup (equal parts sugar and water)

¼ oz. Lemon Juice

¼ oz. McGuinness Blue Curaçao

Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add ½ oz. Polar Ice® Vodka, ½ oz. melon liqueur, ¼ oz. lemon juice, and ¼ oz. simple syrup. Shake and strain into a shot glass without ice. Drizzle ¼ oz. Blue Curaçao on top.
