Grapefruit Moscow Mule

Ingredients

2 oz. McGuinness Ruby Red Grapefruit

2 oz. Polar Ice Vodka

1 oz. Lime Juice

4-6 oz. Ginger Beer

Instructions

Combine lime juice. McGuinness Ruby Red Grapefruit, and vodka in a Collins glass or copper mug. Stir and add a handful of ice. Top with ginger beer, mint grapefruit wedges and serve.
