Grapefruit Mojito

Ingredients

1 oz. McGuinness Ruby Red Grapefruit

1.5 oz. Havana Club 3 Year Old

2 oz. Soda Water

0.75 oz. Lime Juice

6 Mint Leaves

1 tsp. Sugar

Instructions

In a Collins glass muddle lime juice with sugar, add a few mint leaves. Fill the glass with 2/3 cracked ice. Pour rum and McGuinness Ruby Red Grapefruit and mix. Top off with club soda and lime.
